GliomaVision
Open-data MRI sequence-identification research with patient-disjoint, scanner-model, and cross-collection validation.
GliomaVision currently evaluates a lightweight CNN for FLAIR-versus-T1-family brain-MRI sequence identification using open TCIA data.
The recovered evidence includes a patient-disjoint UPENN-GBM split, TrioTim and Verio scanner-model holdouts, and a separate ReMIND collection evaluation with zero reported patient overlap.
This is a sequence-quality-assurance research task. It does not perform tumor diagnosis, grading, segmentation, prognosis, triage, or radiology workflow automation.
Clinical deployment note
These system pages describe technical capabilities and evaluation workflows. Any diagnostic, treatment, or patient-specific use would require appropriate validation, governance, and regulatory review.
